Your use of our website at www.swapcycle.co.uk and all subdirectories is subject to these Terms of Use which you should read before making any further use of our website. If you do not agree to these Terms of Use, you are not authorised to use or continue using our website. By adding an item(s) to our website you agree and accept the Terms of Use.

We may amend these Terms of Use at any time. Any revised Terms of Use will take effect immediately from the time they are published on our website.

1. Swapcycle is a UK online swapping company, which enables Member's/users to swap unwanted items for wanted ones.
2. There is NO contract/agreement between Member's/users and Swapcycle in relation to item(s) advertised on our website.  
3. Swapcycle is NOT involved with any transactions between Member's/users.
4. Member's/users adding item(s) to our website must either own the item(s) or have written authorisation to represent the owner/s item(s).
5. Because Member's/users authentication on the internet is difficult, Swapcycle DO NOT and CANNOT verify the Member's/users or information listed in advertisements (e.g. item(s): value, condition, accuracy of information etc).
6. Swapcycle believe that all information advertised on our website is correct. However, it is in the best interest of the Member's/users to conduct their own research, inspection and legal checks (due diligence) to verify all content of interest advertised is correct.
7. Please use third parties where possible such as; solicitors, lawyers, real estate agents, independent valuers and brokers etc, to eliminate any disputes that may arise between Member's/users.
8. In the event of disputes between Member's/users you release Swapcycle and their employees from claims, errors, inaccuracies, misstatements, demands, damages (actual and consequential) of every kind and nature, known or unknown, suspected and unsuspected, disclosed or undisclosed, arising out or in anyway connected with such disputes.
9. All information about item(s) that Member's/users submit shall not be fraudulent, stolen, illegal or violate privacy and publicity rights or any law, statute, ordinance or regulation (including without limitation those governing consumer protection, or false advertising).
10. All information and content on this website is covered by the Copyright Act 1968.
11. Swapcycle authorises its Member's/users permission to download and display its information or content for private use only, NO commercial use is allowed.
12. For reproduction of any information or content, permission from Swapcycle or Member's/users/affiliates is required.
13. Swapcycle reserves the right to take legal action if we find it necessary to protect our website, company or employees.
14. We expect all Member's/users to use common sense while using our website.
