Bike Swap

The world of Swapcycle is almost a step back in time to the joy of the playground, when you were swapping marbles, cards or old toys. But swapping has grown up thanks to swap cycle and now you could be taking part in a bike swap, a mobile phone swap or a holiday swap. Or even your old marbles, cards or toys.

Although swapping has grown up a bit, the major rules have remained untouched since school days: it’s free and it’s fun. The only difference is that you’re a bit older and wiser now and you’ve probably got a good idea what you want out of your bike swap; three conkers and some soggy caps just isn’t going to cut it.

Using Swapcycle, you simply list your item and you could arrange a bike swap for a mobile phone, or a mobile phone swap for a holiday, or your holiday swap for whatever you choose.

Another fundamental rule remains the same: if you don’t want to swap, you don’t have to. If you are offered something for your item but you don’t want it – you simply use the polite ‘decline’ facility and wait until something is offered to you that you do want.
